YOU WILL RECEIVE A NOTIFICATION WHEN YOUR ORDER HAS SHIPPED.

DURING HIGH VOLUME PERIODS (E.G., SALES OR HOLIDAYS), PROCESSING TIMES MAY BE SLIGHTLY DELAYED.


2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
SHIPPING CHARGES FOR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CALCULATED AND DISPLAYED AT CHECKOUT.

ONCE YOUR ORDER SHIPS, YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH A TRACKING NUMBER.

5. LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST IN TRANSIT OR ARRIVES DAMAGED, PLEASE CONTACT US AT SUPPORT@KIWICORELLC.COM WITHIN 7 DAYS OF THE EXPECTED DELIVERY DATE.

WE WILL ASSIST IN FILING A CLAIM WITH THE CARRIER AND, WHERE APPLICABLE, SEND A REPLACEMENT OR ISSUE A REFUND.


6. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
PLEASE ENSURE ALL SHIPPING DETAILS ARE CORRECT WHEN PLACING YOUR ORDER. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ORDERS SHIPPED TO INCORRECT ADDRESSES DUE TO CUSTOMER ERROR.
